A Word Of Introduction
I love the drums! That goes for teaching them as well! My method is always to focus intently on finding a way to bring out the best in each student while at the same time I adhere to certain universal principles I feel are mandatory for effective study. I strive to make the discipline transparent. The key to this lies in finding each student's center of motivation; thereby engaging his energy and supercharging his initiative. Love of the BOOM - BOOM brings them through the door and it's a matter of nurturing that love successfully that keeps the door swinging. That's me. . . THE GREEN THUMB OF DRUM! I've had the incredible good fortune of being able to devote my life to DRUMS, MUSIC and. . . THE ARTS in general. It is a source of real satisfaction to be able to contribute, through my students, to these most important of all human endeavors.
